Who controls the information

Information collected
The site does not store a database of enquiries and does not use advertising or analytics tools. The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message that may include a name, town or address, email, treatment preference, preferred time and message. It is sent only if the user approves and sends it in WhatsApp.
Purpose
Details are used only to answer the enquiry, discuss general suitability and schedule a treatment. Providing details is not legally required, but without basic information we may be unable to respond or schedule a session.
Sensitive medical information
Do not send diagnoses, test results, medical documents or sensitive medical information through the form. Information required for treatment should be provided directly to Mali through an appropriate channel and at the appropriate time.
Third parties
Using WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Messenger may result in processing by that provider under its privacy policy. Embedded Google Maps does not load before consent to external content.
Retention and security
The site does not retain the contact-form content. Once a WhatsApp message is sent, it is processed according to account settings, WhatsApp policy and reasonable business needs. No system is completely immune from risk, so do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information held by the business, correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, and deletion where a right exists. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.
